Mr. Dallas Brooks is the Director, Raspet Flight Research Laboratory at Mississippi State University and the Associate Director of the ASSURE FAA UAS Center of Excellence.  As the Raspet Director, he is responsible for MSU’s broad spectrum of government and commercial manned and unmanned aviation research, development, test and engineering programs. 

Prof. Giuseppe Loianno is an assistant professor at the New York University and director of the Agile Robotics and Perception Lab (https://wp.nyu.edu/arpl/) working on autonomous Micro Aerial Vehicles. Prior to NYU he was a lecturer, research scientist, and team leader at the General Robotics, Automation, Sensing and Perception (GRASP) Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Thelander is the CEO and Founder of Signals Research Group (SRG), a US-based research consultancy that offers thought-leading field rsearch and consulting services on the wireless telecomunications industry.
